If you do not like the color of your new Terapy beanbag , you can remove the unused and undamaged cover and return it to the following address:

Add a note with your name, address, telephone number and the new desired color. If we have received the old cover without stains and / or holes, we will send the new cover.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused and undamaged product to the above address.
The dimensions of Elly’s box are: 1100 x 70 x 50cm and it weighs +/- 12 kg.
The dimensions of the Baloo box are: 174 x 77 x 57cm and the package weighs +/- 18 kg.
We ask you to put a note in the box with your name, (delivery) address and bank account number. So that we can refund the product costs.

Exchange?
If you want to exchange a product for another product, you can also indicate this on the note. Do not forget to clearly state which product and color it is. As soon as we have received the product, we will send the new product to you.
