Delivery
All our beanbags and accessories are delivered throughout Europe within three days.
In the Netherlands, the order is often delivered the next day. Call us if it is crucial that the delivery takes place the next day.
Supply
After the products have been shipped from our factory, we will send you an email that the order has been transferred to the delivery service. The mail order company offers the package twice at the delivery address. Upon receipt, a competent person must sign it. If no one is found at home twice, the product will be taken to the nearest PostNL post office for collection. This applies to all addresses within the Netherlands. In Belgium, after no one has been found at home twice, the package must be picked up at the nearest DHL depot within seven days.
The shipping costs are the same for most countries. Only for some (egg) countries there are extra shipping costs. See here the overview of all shipping costs.
